What does the mold quotation need to provide?
Please provide 3D drawings, 2D drawings or physical samples as much as possible, and at the same time explain the capacity, material, cavity preference, injection molding machine parameters and estimated purchase time.
Can molds be developed based on physical samples?
Sure. Please describe the samples in the quotation form and upload the existing files. The sample delivery and analysis methods will be confirmed separately.
What are the mold steel, hot runner and forming cycle?
These parameters depend on the customized content of the specific project, and Kangfan will confirm them in the technical solution.
Could you provide a trial mold?
Yes, all products will be provided with trial molds and will be dispatched after you confirm the samples are qualified.
